Shipping Information

Standard Shipping

All our items are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery and require a signature upon receipt. Your tracking information can be found on your order dispatch email or within your account area. As soon as your item is dispatched you’ll get a notification straight to your email with your tracking number! If you require another copy of your tracking information please call our store on 01302 343 721 with your order number and delivery details.

Click & Collect 

We offer a free click and collect service to all our stores, just simply choose this shipping option at checkout. Please be advised store collections will arrive in your chosen store 3 working days after you order. Any collections must be collected within 8 weeks of you placing your order, any orders which remain uncollected after 8 weeks will be resold.

All orders are packed by our trusted team, and are checked upon dispatch to make sure your goods arrive to you in perfect condition. Any delivery queries or discrepancies must be reported to us within 24 hours of you receiving your delivery. All our parcels are weighed prior to dispatch and CCTV is used at our packing areas so we can thoroughly check if anything is not quite how it should be.

Pud Club – Free Next Day Delivery (on orders made before 2pm)

A super exciting new service! We offer a free next day delivery to all of our Pud Club members. To take advantage of this offer, an annual fee of £19.99 is payable. Items are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24, and they require a signature upon delivery. Click here to find out more.

All Pud Club member orders placed before 2pm, will be delivered the next day.

Yes! We want to share The Pud Store as far as we can! We can deliver anywhere in the world, but these deliveries carry an international surcharge on shipping. You can get an estimated cost at the checkout stage.

Returns & Refunds

Online Orders

Non-Sale items brought via our website can be returned us within 14 days of receiving your items for a credit note. Anything returned to us must be in perfect condition, odour free with with the original tags attached. If a return does not meet our required standard, we reserve the right to reject the return. Personalised items cannot be returned, so please ensure you order the correct size when placing your order.If you require sizing help, just pop us an email here, or call. We will be happy to help.

Any returns outside of these dates will be unable to be returned to us.

Please allow for up to 7-10 working days for your return to be processed from the date we receive it.

Please ensure you include your order number and details within your returns package. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Sale Item Returns

Sale items cannot be returned for a refund. Any sale items on our website are clearly labelled as such.

Payment Plan Returns

Any items purchased via a payment plan must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt for a store credit note which is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Please note our website returns policy is separate from our in store returns policy.
