Here at The Pud Store, we know life can be unpredictable and we want to help as many of our customers as possible! We are delighted to be able to offer our customers two installment ways in which to pay for their purchases online. Clearpay, an external company can provide you with a 0% interest free credit, and The Pud Store (that’s us!), offers an instalment plan to make purchasing that little bit easier. The Pud Store Payment Plan
We are an independent retailer that was setup by Frances Bishop who recognised the need for good quality, fun and affordable children’s clothing in and around South Yorkshire. We always offer a friendly welcome and advice from one parent to another and recognise that sometimes money is hard to find; so we’d like to make things a little easier.
If you wish to purchase your goods via our own Payment Plan at The Pud Store, you pay an initial 25% deposit and then you can pay 3 more instalments until the balance is clear. Like most down-payment plans, your goods will not be delivered until your final payment has been made. We have offered this type of plan for many years in our stores, so it’s really exciting to be able to offer the same to our online customers too! A breakdown of your payment plan will be shown to you as you checkout, so you’ll know exactly what’s due and when. Don’t worry there’s no hidden fees or charges just the one off £5!
Yes! The Pud Store Installment plan is available to all our wonderful customers. To use this service, no credit checks will be carried out, we facilitate the service ourselves– however, failure to meet repayments within the agreed time limit will mean that you will lose your deposit and any repayments made to date. You can repay your plan early and have your goods dispatched sooner. All you need to do is email us firstname.lastname@example.org and quote your order number and a member of our friendly team will be happy to help!
Your first of four payments is made at the time of purchase. We will show you your entire payment plan before you complete your purchase so you can see clearly the total amount due and when.
Then we will automatically process the order payments two weeks after the first payment, then two weeks after that, then two weeks after that. So you will make 4 payments in total; one when you place the order, then 3 more. As soon as your payment plan is paid your items will be sent straight to you to enjoy!
If you need to exchange anything on your Payment Plan, just pop it back to us within 7 days of receipt and we can sort it right out for you! We just don’t offer refunds on items put on payment plans, but we will always be happy to help you at email@example.com
We did lots of research before partnering with a payment service provider. Clearpay is a UK payment service provider who will manage your payment plan for you with 0% interest! They let you pay for your items in easy instalments over 8 weeks direct from your bank account…and the best bit – you get your goods straight away!
We found Clearpay to have many of the same values we do, and has a great customer service team who like us, will always be happy to help you.
All of your payments are interest-free, and there is no charge for using Clearpay, providing you pay your installments on time. Four payments will be taken automatically from your bank account every two weeks, and you’ll get your items from us straight away. It really is that simple!
Your first payment is made at the time of purchase. Just select the Clearpay option at checkout, and you’ll be directed to the Clearpay website. They’ll ask you for a few details to verify your identity (we’ve popped them below for you!) then Clearpay will give you your entire payment plan before you complete your purchase so you can see the total amount due. Once you’ve made your first payment, we will ship your goods straight to you for you to enjoy!
There are a few things to be able to sign up with Clearpay you need, and Clearpay will perform a soft credit check.
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have a valid and verifiable email address and phone number
- Use a UK bank payment card – Visa or Mastercard Debit or Credit Card
- Be capable of entering into a legally binding contract
- Have a verifiable and valid ID
- Be living in the UK (England / Wales / Scotland & Northern Ireland) No UK territories or British Forces Post Offices addresses are allowed, No Isle of Man or Isle of Jersey of Isle of Guernsey addresses are allowed
If you need to return or exchange anything that was purchased via Clearpay, just pop it back to us within 7 days of receipt and we can sort it right out for you! We can then either exchange your items for you or we will refund you (via your Clearpay account) any payments which have been made.
